I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS in Mar 2023
Interview
Very quick process. I applied and got phone screen, HR interview and panel interview all within the same week. The interview was very quick and felt rushed. The panel was a video call through teams and for some reason teams didn't work for me so I had to dial in. Making me late. After that I was grilled for about 20 minutes and the guy grilling me the questions asked them in a weird way that was designed to trip you up. Like instead of asking what DNS is, he asked how does searching the internet work.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UPS (Fredericton, NB) in Jan 2023
Interview
It was all about soft skills for instance time management, stress management, teamwork skills and how you behave in certain situations. Questions aldo ask for similar circumstances in your previous workplace and how you managed.
Easy going. Nothing crazy. The process of getting an interview is the frustrating part because you receive notice of one but when you get there, you have to wait because there was some sort of mix up.
