I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Raleigh, NC) in Jun 2022
Interview
You only have to show up and complete your first 30 days and some paper work, wear protective shoes and dress appropriately for the weather and the level of work you’ll be doing. If you last the 30 days you become a member then your next mile stone is 9 months where you can get your health, vision, and dental benefits.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied through a program as a referral and then applied online. The first step is meeting HR and answering basic information about yourself. HR passes it to a team and then you interview for that team. It was relatively easy, I got asked about my programming skills and languages, OOP questions, and basic behavioral questions. It was like a conversation and I asked a couple of questions about the company. I think it took less than a month for the whole process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is OOP and explain each principle? what programming languages do you know? do you know what Microservices are? Past experiences/ resume questions tell me about yourself

Interview
Applied online instantly hired, set a first day in the job. Only downside is you work 2 or 3 hour shifts and have to wake up super early. Sometimes less, and they are very strict with breaks/time
