Interview
I first had to do a tour of the hub then was interviewed after the tour. I was hired maybe a day or 2 later. I still work there now and its a cake job. The pay is really low starting and high seniority co-workers think they are literal gods. Its ok if you are willing to work a 2nd job to make any sort of decent living.

They asked me if i was able to lift heavy packages regularly. I have no problems with that at all.

Interview
Process: Initial phone screening, interviewed with the hiring manager, interviewed with the department manager. My main point of contact was the HR manager that communicated to the hiring managers on my behalf.

Quick. They were desperate! They needed to get ready for the holiday season so they hired anyone that was willing and able. They also needed to pass a background check. They weren't very clear on how you grow in the company.
