UPS interview questions

Very relaxed, yet professional. After the interview they took fingerprints for a background check and then I had to go to a labcorp location to give a urine sample for a drug test. Just keep in mind, if you are applying at Worldport, it is an airport and security is not taken lightly. If you have a criminal background, don't waste your time.

Detailed, test included on reasoning. Very structured environment. 3 interviews. Two in the phone and one face to face with a panel role playing. They hire within a lot and i was coming from the outside with a ton of experience. They will likely hire someone less qualified if they already work there.
