very informal, i as told i didn't need a tie by the person whom interview me. i was interviewed by the HR supervisor a full time operations supervisor and the operations manager. very short process no skill questions, no relevant experience questions i as basically asked if i was available to work mid night to morning and as i was available they liked me asap i was offer the position about two weeks later,
