I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (North Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview with someone who worked in the pricing division but was at a different location. I was asked four questions. These were skill set questions. At the end I was given an opportunity to ask questions.

Question 1
Describe a time I identified a problem and developed a way to solve it.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Saint Cloud, MN) in Nov 2013
Interview
It was a very easy Interview Process. I went in to the office, they asked me a little bit about my background and why I wanted to work for UPS as a Driver Helper and that was pretty much it. As long as you aren't a complete burnout you will get hired. The job just entails you scanning packages and bringing them from the truck to a person's house, so it would be ridiculous to have a rigorous interview process for this job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Phila, PA) in Jun 2014
Interview
What interview? They essentially brought me in to take care of the paperwork. Part time package handlers aren't the most qualified people and UPS understands that so all they expect you to do is be able to write your name. No drug test, no trick questions. You sign up for a tour of the building and job, then at the end you sign up for a time slot to be "interviewed", then you go to the interview. From the time I signed up for the tour til I started working was about a week.

Question 1
What's your name, why are you here, when can you start etc. Not really an interview, more filling out paperwork than anything.
