You drive to the company and sign in, and then you have to fill out an extensive application, they ask you about your previous employers, references, and if you have a criminal record.
After the application is filled out you have 75 minutes to fill out an online "Sales Test" which is a long questionnaire about what you would do in certain sales circumstances and working with employees. If you pass the sales test they will call you for a secondary interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Mesquite, TX) in May 2013
Interview
Applied online and was immediately offered a date and time for an interview and tour of the facility in two days. There was a group of about 12 people. Went on the tour and was told we would be contacted by phone to schedule an in-person interview if we were still interested.

Question 1
No questions asked, but tour was somewhat eye opening as far as working environment. It was much darker and dingier than I imagined. We were told we could ask questions so I did ask several questions of our tour guide (HR rep).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
On the ups careers site I found an opening I was looking for and applied. A few days later I got a call from the HR department asking when i could go in and take some personality/ skills tests. I went in and took a few tests. I was then asked for a panel interview. They asked many situational questions. After the interview I was told to wait and told that I had passed. I started orientation the next week. It was a pleasant interview process and very organized and quick.
