First your group is told the basics of the job, and some of their requirements (no facial hair, sturdy boots) weed out a few people. After an hour of that you are taken aside one-by-one for a 5-10 minute solo interview, covering a basic work history and any issues you might have with doing the work. After that, if accepted, you get a phone call and are invited to orientation, which lasts about 3-4 hours.
