Applied online, then they contact everybody and told us to meet at a local central hub. Everybody who wanted to be hired was hired. Interviews were brief 1 on 1 encounters.

The accept pretty much anyone that shows up for the meeting. After sitting for hours, they call you one by one basically to just run your information. The training was minimal at best. Several things they should have gone over, they didn't even mention in training.

Brief interview. They gave us a small survey questions form to answer while you're waiting for your turn to be interview. There were about 10-15 candidates. The actual interview is quick about 10-15 min. It was at peak holiday season in December so they really needed helpers quick so I got called in to work the following day.
