There really wasn't an interview, just told to go to a UPS location on a certain date after applying online, and filled out a bunch of paperwork in a large room with a bunch of other applicants, once they finished asking each person individually to verify the information they had put in the online application and paperwork I was free to go, a few days later I got a call from a UPS driver asking if I could help them out that day and to set up a time/place to meet them to start the shift.
