Over the phone due to geographical separation. It was really easy and non-evasive. They made it somewhat easy to translate my prior experience into what I would be doing for the desired job.

Interview
The only interview process is when you go to the recruiter's office and select a job. You don't have to interview for the job if it's available however, you must have good enough ASVAB scores to qualify for the job.

Hiring process is easy, see a recruiter and they will provide you with all the information you will need to proceed. Basic questions to gauge what field you would like to enter. Gave opportunity for 8 different selections. May have to wait to get a date for basic training but recruiter will have you prepped and ready to exceed when you finally arrive
