VFS Global Officer - Operations interview questions

Called me for an interview and turned me down when I called the HR to see what was going on. As the lights were off on the floor that I was asked to come and nobody was there. The HR than advices that the hiring manager is ill and cannot come for the interview just two minutes before the interview. Says to come again for the interview and grab something to eat which will be refunded to my bank details . Not only have I not heard back from them about my interview but have not received any refund. Highly unprofessional and misleading. Not what is expected from VFS being global,I was highly let down.
