Waitrose Customer Service interview questions

Took part in online assessments and then was invited to in-store interview, 1 on 1 with manager who was very friendly. Interview was short, around 20 minutes. No group assessment

It was a group interview so it could be a bit daunting for some people but I actually found it a very easy-going environment. We all had to introduce ourselves and then were given a task to do involving creating an advert for a product.
