Waitrose Customer Service interview questions

A group interview was conducted where each individual was given mini subjects to talk about. Then you were taken into a 1-1 interview about your skills and what you would bring to the role. Over all a good balanced interview process.

I had a one on one interview followed by a group interview. it was a fairly easy process, and I got notified that I had gotten the job in a matter of days.
