Waitrose Customer Service interview questions

The interview process was fairly simple. It consisted of a face to face interview and group assessment centre. The group assessment consisted of various tasks, which required input from all participants. The face to face interview was very standard, and nothing out of the ordinary.

It involved a lot of team work and tasks to be completed by the whole team. & then there was a 1 to 1 interview with the manager. The whole process only took about 45minutes.
