There were a few different stages to the interview process including a group interview, an interview with HR, and an interview with the store manager. It was a positive experience overall. Everyone was friendly and tried to make the process as smooth as possible.
Quick and easy. Very organised and kind. Made you feel calm and got straight to the point. Definitely recommend to have a go at their job because it was nice
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose in Jun 2018
Interview
Online questions and assessment. Took a while and went through various situations such as what would you do if... or prioritising tasks. Mentioned group interview but that never took place.
In person interview with another customer service advisor. Very formal and serious and I had the feeling they already knew who they were going to hire as they didn't seem as interested as I thought they would be.
Two people interviewing, though one seemed to not know what they were doing and kept referring to the other person.
A lot of questions and took a good half an hour.
