Question 1
How would you act if a customer wasn’t happy with a purchase
Really welcoming and straightforward, the interviewer was friendly. I felt everything was relevant. The hours were just not right for me in the end which is a shame. Perhaps another store in future.
Group interview with about 8 people. Different activities in pairs and individually, some creative tasks (to show character), some product based (to show company knowledge). A few people were ultimately offered the job, so they don't just pick one from the group.
