Waitrose Customer Services interview questions

I completed the online tests, and took part in a group interview. In total there were about 7 of us, we had to answer generic questions - its best to offer to go first, those who didn't try didn't get a position. We then did small group activities e.g. given an item to sell in our group as an advert, very relaxed and easy going over all

Passed the online questionnaire. Then invited to interview/assessment day. First was a group interview where we were shown pictures of food and has to discuss within the group what type of customer might be interested in buying each product. Following this was a 1 on 1 interivew
