Comfortable, friendly. The interviewer put me at my ease, the questions were not hard, I think they just wanted to see whether I would fit in. However I think they get a lot of applications as it is a popular employer so there is a lot of competition.
- step 1 introduce yourself and what you do for hobbies homelife, me as a student mentioned schoolwork and current hobbies
- step 2 included little questions to get to know me better, was faced with 5 questions e.g what skills and experience
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Waitrose (London, England)
Interview
Pretty straightforward, based on customer service and Waitrose ethos. Easy to revise for and wasn't too challenging. Took place at the branch I applied for, managed to get a tour of the building whilst there which was good too.
