Waitrose Customer Services interview questions

Group interview, which included problem solving and practical scenarios. Then a one on one traditional interview which last about 15 minutes, and included questions about; team work, organisation, communication skills etc.

Group interview . Introduce yourself and then Tasks on prioritising customer service, and group presentations. Individual interview with manager shortly after, so had to wait for everyone to take their turn which takes a while. Fairly straightforward but lengthy interview around 3-4 hours .
