Waitrose interview questions

The interviewer asked a series of behavioural questions - i.e. tell me about a time when you found a situation challenging and how you overcame it. Then asked some more specific questions like what are the things you should look out for when checking a product? (Date code, product quality, position on shelf, etc.)

Before being invited to the interview you had to complete a series of online situational judgment questions which where quite time consuming. The interview consisted of a short one-to-one interview and then a group task.
