Waitrose interview questions

After applying online with a CV you then complete online personality/values test - the Waitrose values help answer the test correctly. The interview was 1:1 due to COVID-19, it starts with a scenario which you have 15 minutes to complete and are questioned about. My scenario was you have 5 customers with various circumstances like a vegetarian diet, not a lot of cooking time, food for a dinner party, picnic etc. and I had think questions to ask the customer and suggest meals that would be suitable. Then it's the standard format of questions about how you are suitable for the role. Found out I got the role in about a week after the interview.
