I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Waitrose (Reading, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
Informal one-to-one chat. Asked me for examples where I'd demonstrated various behaviours e.g. teamwork, adaptability. Kind of strange since you've already done the online application where you have to do that. Took about 15 minutes, was not difficult. Have heard others hired before me had group interviews where they had to do tasks as a team - sounded like a more thorough process.
