Waitrose interview questions

I took part in a 1 on 1 interview in which myself and a member of the management team discussed the details that I had outlined in my application - determining whether I was a suitable candidate for the job. Once all questions had been answered, I was offered the positioned and informed of my starting date - this came as a shock as I didn't think the typical recruitment process for Waitrose was so quick.
