Waitrose interview questions

Standard process about how to behave as a partner. First was a group session with some customers shopping scenario and then 1 on 1 interview with HR person. The group session was up to 6 or people and there were 3 interviewers listening to the discussion.

A group interview with a case study based on a potential scenario where we had to deal with the issue, followed by an individual interview in which a number of questions were asked on past experiences and situations you have dealt with.
