Waitrose interview questions

Applied online, 3 days later got an email to select a suitable timeslot for a group assessment. On the day of Assessment, I arrived early and was taken to the cafeteria by one of the partners and was told to wait for the interviewer. 5 of us was then taken into a room were the group assessment took place and then 1:1 interview was conducted. A week later got an email saying i was successful.

So the online process is pretty straightforward. There are about 3 tests that you need to complete and then youll get a response the next day on whether you've been invitied to an interview. The interview is in two parts. I did my one on one interview first and then group, There was 5 of us in the group and it was a pretty simple task. As long as you contribute atleast one thing you will be fine.
