Additionally had to do an online test, store manager was polite and friendly. The process is quite straight forward, you get an email or phone call from recruitment or HR and they send you the interview time and date.

Easy, group interview, got us to sell a product to the rest of the team then one to one interviews where they got o know you more, very standard interview
A competency question-based interview with a presentation. two hiring managers present and there was a scoring system out of three for 6 partnership behavioural questions. The presentation was given on the day with thirty minutes to prepare and 15 mins to present and question and answer session afterwards.
