Interviewed by two people. General questions relating to what I knew about the company and role and competency style questions asking what I have done in different situations. Some of the questions were a bit unrelated t the role e.g. 'describe a time when you have managed a team', even though this skill would not be required in the position.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Waitrose (Birmingham, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
Applied online, did an online test and was then invited for a group interview, and then a 1 on 1 interview. The group interview was pretty standard - gave a scenario, and you had to demonstrate you had the required teamwork skills and ability to solve a problem/contribute to company etc.
The one on one interview followed on a few days later; was competency based and the interviewer was really nice. I only had experience based on university and other odd work experiences, so used those to display required team work skills, ability to adapt etc.

Interview
I applied online; had to complete competency based questions and then was offered to be interviewed.
The interview process involved undertaking a group task (e.g. how would you prioritise tasks on a typical day within the store) and then a 1:1 interview.
After around 2 weeks of waiting for a response, I was the offered the job.
