The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (London, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
A series of online assessments (3 in total if you pass the first one) with scenarios that you have to pick best/worst response (1st assessment) and the other 2 required you to rate from 1-4 the responses provided to the scenarios/questions).
Then had a 1:1 interview followed by a group assessment with 6 others - given a list of tasks that needed completed, each candidate had a person profile of an employee and the group needed to discuss and prioritise the tasks and say what each employee would do. Make sure you contribute as you are being observed during the discussions!

Question 1
Tell me about a time when something did not go right for you?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose in Aug 2017
Interview
Applied online which was quick and easy. Got through to a group interview which was done in a pleasant environment whereby we worked together to prioritise tasks and matching roles to these tasks (even though it can be off-putting seeing all the other employees staring at you on their breaks). Then went through to a one on one interview which had basic retail questions. It then took six weeks to receive a response in which I did not get a response (it was summer so can understand the high influx of applicants leading to a long time for a response)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Berkhamsted, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
I answered a couple of questionnaire/ assessments online. I was then invited to an in store interview which included a group assessment. For the group assessment we were given a scenario and we had to discuss with each other how to best organise the supermarket team for the day. It was simple and fairly easy. After this we were individually called in for our interviews.
