Waitrose interview questions

A series of online assessments (3 in total if you pass the first one) with scenarios that you have to pick best/worst response (1st assessment) and the other 2 required you to rate from 1-4 the responses provided to the scenarios/questions). Then had a 1:1 interview followed by a group assessment with 6 others - given a list of tasks that needed completed, each candidate had a person profile of an employee and the group needed to discuss and prioritise the tasks and say what each employee would do. Make sure you contribute as you are being observed during the discussions!
