Interview
I was called in for a group interview, however, one person didn't turn up leaving only 3 of us, therefore they decided to only carry out one to one interviews. One other student from my school was also in the interview and they had the exact same experience from start to end. My interviewer was lovely and we had a lot in common which helped the interview process go smoothly. I was offered the job but they only offered a minimum of 17.5 hours, when I had applied for 8-12 hours as I attend sixth form as well. They went on to explain that they only offer a minimum of 15-hour contracts at that Waitrose, however, some other students from my school now work at that Waitrose at 12 hours. I was looking forward to starting work here but unfortunately, i couldn't. The Waitrose also put that I was denied the job on my jlpjobs account, meaning that any other jobs I applied to within the john lewis sector would assume I was rejected from this interview, however, this was not the case. This has not greatly affected me though as I have another interview at a different Waitrose.

Interview
It was a group interview where you answered group questions. Following this you all were split into two groups. In your group you had to work together to sell a product. The interviewer was watching to see what your group work was like. Afterwards you had a quick one to one interview.

Interview
The interview was a standard 1-on-1 interview asking the most basic example questions possible. The hiring manager was nice and disregarded nervousness as it was a first job.
