Casual and informal interview process. Manager was freindly and we got on well, the questions were all fairly standard service questions. Got a call just a few days later saying i got the job
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Give an example of a time you made a mistake at work
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Waitrose (Croydon, England)
Interview
Very easy interview process. You do a group interview, very easy and simple then one to one interview, they ask you about working as a team, a time you had to help colleague at work, how did you find helping them, also a time you had to make changes of doing something different at work. Honestly they are so desperate they gave everyone the job at the interview. Worst place to work, just because it has a high brand name, it’s a miserable/depressing place to work. I quit after a week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Talk about a time you had to help out a colleague.
How did you find helping them?
Tell me about a time you made adjust to a task.
How did you put it forward to your other colleagues?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Waitrose (Berkhamsted, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
We had to work in a group of 3 to decide how to overcome a problem within a work place (saying which member of staff could do what, and what times we needed to get everything done). Then we got called in somewhere for individual interviews, which surprisingly enough, was more like a friendly chat than a job interview.
