Question 1
Tell me a time that you had to change the way that you worked?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Waitrose (Finchley, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
I Interviewed at the Hub of Waitrose in London Finchley. Was a very simple and relaxed atmosphere for the interview. There were approximately 25 people in attendance on the day for my slot. You got buzzed in and your passport was taken immediately then you waited until you were split into groups for the group stage. Most people weren't even wearing suits, just normal casual clothing. In the group you were given a complicated scenario as a driver and as a group you were required to come up with a solution. What they are looking for is ability to think quickly, and work as a team. I don't think there is a final and correct anwser.
