Waitrose interview questions

Group assessment - simple task, more about how you interact and approach problem solving than anything else. Then a 1 to 1 'chat' about your goals, why do you want to work for Waitrose, the usual stuff. This was a new store so lots of positions to be filled. They seem to allocate you a position based on your skills and what hours you are available to work.
