I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Buckingham, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
Did some online forms such as situational test and then got invited to interview. There was a group task where we had to prioritise tasks from a standard working day and then present why we chose this order back to the manager. Then a one to one interview. Found out if we got an offer after 2 weeks as they had two separate interview days a week apart.

First they take you upstairs to meet the rest of the applicants. You are then split into 2 teams and given a scenario of a general days tasks etc. you are given 20 minutes to discuss as a team how you would prioritise the tasks given and decide in what order we would present it as a team. After they gave you 1 to 1 interviews before they showed you out.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (London, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
Online situational judgement test which if you answer suitably customer focused and show you are able to work with initiative etc should lead to an interview - could be 1-2-1 or include group assessments . Luckily it was the former and the questions already posted on glass door did come up. My tip would be do your research on the company and its ethos and demonstrate this with genuine enthusiasm . Remember it is not like other companies .
