Tour of shop. Then 1 on 1 interview. They list the potential questions on their website, so you can actually prepare for each of them. IE, they have like 15 potential questions, and only ask maybe 8 of them. Something like that anyway. There was a bit of general chit chat first, 'tell me about yourself' type stuff.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you tell us about yourself? Can you describe a time you worked as a team to achieve a goal?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Waitrose (Sunningdale, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Was a group interview, had to organise tasks based on priority with your team and explain why you chose the order you did. Then had individual interviews where you were asked what past experience you've had, availability, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you had to recommend an alternative product to a customer because the one they wanted was unavailable
One online test and an in person interview, all questions were about waitroses purposes, the manager was nice, the interview was more like a conversation with friends, the questions weren’t really hard.
