Waitrose interview questions

I had a phone interview (during Covid) which lasted approximately 30 minutes. There were a mixture of the typical questions e.g. why do you want to work here, mixed with some more unusual questions like what is your favourite food and why.

Simplistic, group focused. Make sure to answer the questions they give to the group and use initiative in the individual section. Show them who you are in the individual, and try to show you are confident in the group
