Waitrose interview questions

2 stages. 1st stage was online test in multiple choice fashion which was just about maximising customer satisfaction. 2nd stage was an interview with the store manager. Questions were behavioural.

Assessment day with a group, and online test beforehand that took a couple hours. Not too hard but long enough. The questions are pretty specific to waitrose itself but general awareness of what it’s like to work at a retailer
