It was easy through an online Zoom call. They give you scenarios to go off in a customer-focused environment. Then, they ask you the typical questions about your availability and things.

If a customer approached you with a problem or issue how would you resolve this?
It was a group interview process. Given scenarios in group and asked to discuss amongst ourselves. Then a 1 to 1 interview about previous experience and why you wanted to work there.
The interview process for my current role was well-structured and organized. It began with an online application through the company's website. The questions were situational and behavioral, aimed at evaluating my problem-solving abilities and how I handle challenges.
