Waitrose interview questions

It was a group interview/assessment where we were given scenarios and watched as we discussed approaches to take (they value hearing out of the box/pragmatic thinking and watch how you interact and listen to others), followed by short one on one interview with the typical why work for us etc and discussion about the group task.

Not much questions. Key thing was group exercise, we were split into groups of 6 and given a case study scenario. Make sure you share your ideas and listen to others and you should be fine
