Waitrose interview questions

Straight forward online questionnaire and reasoning and an in person interview in branch. It was done in a professional manner and was very accommodating even though this was my first job.

Short space between applying and interview - Fairly informal interview, very friendly interviewer who seemed more interested in my personality and team interaction skills than previously employment history. I found the process relaxing in comparison to other companies.
