Waitrose interview questions

A few basic questions, tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, why do you apply for this role, location perferance and time abilibility, about half an hour...................

You do an online assessment then when you pass you do a in person group assessment then 1 to 1. With the group Assessment they just want to see how you interact with others and if you’re a team player best to interact and not be silent. Then you’ll have a 1 to 1. They’ll ask you questions like “what does customer service mean to you” “explain a time you dealt with something challenging and what you would do differently next time” “If you worked for the partnership how would you be a good partner etc”
