1 assessment (multiple choice question), if you pass, then 1 interview (mine was via Zoom) loads of situational questions, personality questions, and that is it, pretty straight forward - just look back on your CV and common questions and think about how would you answer by applying the skills on your cv

Interview
Had to answer a 5 scenario based questions which were relatively common sense and then was asked a few competency based questions whereby you would discuss some of your previous experiences. Then you were taken for a relatively easy driving assessment where you just had to show you can drive safely and were at low risk of a certain number of the company criteria.

Very welcoming. Usually required to look at a case study and then provide reasoning with justification. They like to look at how well you work in a team. After the case study (which is with another interviewee), you then have a 1-1 interview which are questions
