I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Macomb, MI) in Jan 2014
Interview
After completing an application online (which is the only way you apply), you had to go into a store and complete the second step of the application which is a skills test that is performed on the computer. It asked basic mathematical questions, reading label questions, and general customer service questions. If you did well on that portion and your application matched what they were looking for, they called and set up a first interview. If you did well on the first interview, they would call for a second interview. At the end of my second interview, I was offered an hourly customer service associate position.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Chamblee, GA) in Jul 2014
Interview
The interview was fairly easy. Theres going to be the General Manager and Assistant Manager. They'll both question you. As long as you smile, stay confident and know exactly how to answer their questions you should be fine. Just know that you will have to take a drug test and pass before you are considered for the job.
