I applied online. I interviewed at Walgreens (Madison, WI) in Nov 2020
Interview
I was asked several behavioral questions/prompts by the district manager and given ample time to ask my own questions. The interviewer was welcoming and friendly. The entire interview lasted about 30 minutes
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When was a time you went the extra mile for a patient?
When was a time you handled a disagreement between two individuals at work?
How do you keep up to date on developing pharmacy knowledge?
Why do you want to work for Walgreens?
My interview was conducted by a pharmacy manager who asked 10 behavioral type questions. I don't remember any questions verbatim, however you can't go wrong by knowing how to articulate when you were innovative, went above and beyond to help a customer or team member, biggest weakness and so on. Help yourself out by doing an internet search of behavioral questions, write your answers and study your answers with the goal of reciting them as naturally as possible.

Interview
I think I originally applied for a staff pharmacist position then was called to see if I would be interested in a floater pharmacist position. I was interested therefore interview was scheduled for 3 weeks later on a day when other candidates were going to be interviewed as well. Interview was okay but I got the impression that they may have been looking for someone who has already been practicing as a pharmacist (I'm a new graduate with experience as a pharmacy intern in many different specialties).
