What is one process you changed during work and what was the outcome?
I applied online. I interviewed at Walgreens in Jul 2018
Interview
The store manager and district manager interviewed me. They were both very nice, not intimidating and the experience overall was very pleasant. ! I felt really good coming out of my interview and I’m still being considered for the position. The store manager has been in touch with me and I feel confident about getting the job!
Before the interview actually started they had me tell them a little about myself. I think I was asked about 8-10 questions

Question 1
I looked at all of the interview questions I found here on glass door, made a word document and came up with answers for each questioned and the day before my interview I prepped/practiced my answers. Some of the questions I got were slightly different than the ones I found here, but they were similar enough I was able to use answers for other questions and apply them to the questions I was asked. If you get nervous for interviews or don’t have much interview experience, I suggest doing what I did.
Some questions I remember from the interview-
-describe a time you faced difficulty during work or rotations, how did you handle it?
-where do you see yourself in the future ?
-explain a process you have improved
-what resources do you use to stay current with pharmacy?
-Why Walgreens?
-would you eventually be interested in a management position?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens (Spartanburg, SC) in Sep 2018
Interview
I filled out an application online and was called in for an interview. The questions were situational type questions mostly such as "tell me a time when you...". The whole interview took about 30 minutes or so. There were a total of 5 or 6 questions. I was interviewed by two people and both were store managers. Be prepared to give your history and background and why you want to work for Walgreens.
