I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walgreens (Mooresville, NC) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was able to get an interview only because I obtained the email for the district hiring manager and emailed him directly. The interview process began with generic questions about my background and education. They then asked several situational questions, similar to the STAR format of interviewing. They then went over basic information about the position. The interview concluded with any questions I had.

Tell me about a situation in which you displayed a positive attitude.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Walgreens
Interview
Interviewed through a career fair that was put on by my school. Standard questions like a time you dealt with difficult customer, time you felt empathy for a patient, and a time when you showed leadership. STAR type questions. Also the usual tell me about yourself, etc. Pretty standard and casual. Then the interviewer told me to apply online.
Very straight forward, all behavioral/situational questions. I've worked with the company for 9 years already and interviewing for a pharmacist position was mostly a formality at that point. The offer is confusing, as there is no expiration on it. It will expire when all available positions are filled, kind of forcing to you commit before you hear back from other prospective employers.
