I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens in Feb 2023
Interview
First I got phone call with an HR, then video interview with the recruiter then after that panel interview with 4 different people. the whole process takes around 1 month. It really felt shady and unprofessional. The HR refused to tell me about the salary and said the hiring manager will tell me, The hiring manager refused to tell me about the salary and said they can only discuss the full package after the panel interview, They offered 72 a year which is way below industry average. only 6 public holiday every year. You can only get medical insurance after 1 month of work, and you can only use the emergency room if it is an actual emergency( not sure who will decide if it is an actual emergency or not). Also you are not allowed to take any days for the first three months . No idea why, but it seems like a very old school of management that got inspired by the slavery system in the 1800. Maternity leave is 2 months. This is definitely a joke. They are supposed to be a company that has some knowledge of what woman go through after having a baby.

First round with very automated recruiter who couldn't answer any questions. Second round with back to back managers. One had a very complex data analysis that they had not told me about.
