Walgreens interview questions

Phone screener call was nothing more than asking very basic questions that could be answered by reviewing my resume. No follow up questions, and very basic questions asking about if I have had experience in X,Y, and Z. Less than 4 hours later I was dismissed as a candidate. 3 weeks later they reached out asking if I was interested in another phone interview for the role.

The interview is more of a character interview then a work history interview. They wanted to know how you would handle certain circumstances not where you have been employed in the past.
