Brief phone interview explaining who you are, what are your qualifications and why you are interested in the position. Next process of the interview is a meeting with the HR Manager. Most of the interview questions were behavioral based from what I remember. The only questions that were asked about my actual résumé were used to support my excel, analytical and problem solving abilities.
