Wells Fargo Personal Banker (Safe) interview questions

The interview was pretty standard. I received an initial phone introduction, followed by brief phone interview. I was selected to participate in a one on one interview with the Branch Manager and then another interview with the district manager. The process was a little lengthy, especially when you factor in the background check, fingerprints, and credit check that was performed prior to the interview process.

After you pass the phone interview, you receive a call for a face to face interview. I entered the conference room, and met with 3 branch managers. They are interested in seeing that you are a "go getter". You want to impress them by being outgoing (not boisterous/flamboyant). Show them that you are eager and willing to go out and make new customers.
